How to Order

Once you have ordered and paid for your products, you will receive an email from CarAudioDirect.ca with a receipt confirming your online payment, along with details of your order and delivery. Please make sure you enter the correct email address when placing your order.

 

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation and receipt shortly after placing your order. Your order confirmation also serves as your receipt.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at sales@caraudiodirect.ca. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability or any other issue, you will be refunded for the unavailable item.

 

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We take reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices shown on the website are accurate at the time the information is entered into the system.

 

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver products within the stated delivery time frame. However, if there is insufficient stock, a processing delay, or another issue with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible by email. If needed, we may offer an alternative product option.

If you notice that any information emailed to you is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the correction.

Credit card payments are processed through Square Inc. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

 

 

Shipping

CarAudioDirect.ca works with a large shipping network in Canada. We offer free shipping on all orders over $500.

 

  • We aim to provide a tracking number within 24 hours of purchase.
  • We aim to ship items within 48 hours of purchase.
  • All items are shipped within Canada using major couriers.
 

Returns

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from CarAudioDirect.ca. If you wish to return your purchase, you have 7 days to do so. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

 

The return period is calculated from the date the product is in your possession. If you ordered more than one product, the return period is calculated from the date the last product is in your possession.

When returning a product, please follow these requirements:

  • Contact us before returning any products.
  • Use the original packaging materials and cartons.
  • Include your order details and order number.
  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Liability

CarAudioDirect.ca assumes no responsibility or liability for the installation, malfunction, or performance of items sold on this site. All items are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been examined and determined to be undamaged. If the product is damaged, it will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

 

Refunds will be issued no more than 30 days after we have received the product and completed a thorough inspection.

 

Warranty

Certain products purchased from CarAudioDirect.ca include a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty does not apply to refurbished products.

The warranty is only available to the original purchaser. The warranty is non-transferable and becomes null and void if the product is sold to a third party.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper electrical support
  • Abuse, neglect, or misuse
  • Improper installation
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper impedance levels
  • Running more than the RMS power rating
  • Burnt voice coils
  • Improper wiring
